We want you to love your purchase! If there is an issue, please review our simple return and refund terms.

1. Eligibility for Return / Replacement

We accept returns or replacements only if:

  • You received a damaged, defective, or wrong product.
  • You notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
  • The item is unused, in original packaging, and with all tags intact.

We do not accept returns for:

  • Size issues (unless specified in the product page)
  • Buyer’s remorse
  • Items purchased on clearance/sale
  • Hygiene-related accessories (e.g., earrings worn/used)

2. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned item:

  • Refund is processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.

3. Replacement

If the requested product is in stock, we will ship a replacement after inspecting the return.
If not available, we will issue a refund.

4. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only.
  • Once shipped, the order cannot be cancelled, only eligible for return (if applicable).
